Job Description for an Operation sales associate:

Purpose: Provide a complete shopping experience for our customers,
involving product knowledge and excellent customer service.

Broad Responsibilities:
1. Good customer service.
2. work to give customers real satisfying customer needs
3. greet customers promptly and courteously
4. finding the specific needs of the customers as they enter the work
through shops
5. Good Merchandising experience
6. check daily stock to ensure that all products are adequately stocked
and available for customers
7. Ensure that all merchandise is displayed nicely and in each section.

The Shop Cashier
Same as above.
Broad Responsibilities:

Good customer service
Ensure cash float is maintained when working with POS system and
appropriate use of the system Ensure effective communication between
colleagues and supervisors.
Effective communication on the replenishment of products and display
shelves.
Report damage goods and losses if any to supervisors.
Ensure awareness of products knowledge and familiarity.

The job also comes in shifts.
