Safety/Security Incident

Dear AOA Team and All the Residents,

Hoping that All are healthy and safe at the home. 

This is to bring in your notice that Today Evening Approx 6:35 PM I have drooped my Sport racing cycle at M Tower Ground Floor and went to the Shopping complex for purchasing the Milk & other necessary items. 

While I was coming back I saw one person who was Riding my cycle and going towards Security gate from N Tower building & He was wearing Black T Shirt. As I was not sure immediately I went to M Tower to check my cycle & My Cycle was not there and M Tower Guard was also not there.

Immediately I Called at Main Gate and told to Supervisor that I am suspecting that someone stealing my cycle and going to main gate and he has wearing black T shirt.  Immediately they closed both the gates & told me they are checking and will inform me accordingly.

After 5 minutes I again called at Main Gate, Than Supervisor told me they found the person and he is J tower Guard & He was going to Market, Than I said please send him back with my cycle at M tower Ground Floor, As I wanted to ask him, how he can take my cycle without asking from anyone. But He didn't came to M Tower and left the society at the same time and some other Guard came at M Tower and dropped my Cycle.

Around 7:30 PM, Mr. Manoj Baweja Ji, Mr. Devender Nager Ji and some other residents visited Main Gate to check all the matter, Where we got to know that today that Guard was not on duty, He came here to drop the Bike of Mr. Rajkumar (M Tower Guard).

I Have Some of the question from Estate Manager/ and AOA Team.

How Guard can take any resident cycle without asking to Owner, If He Was need than He Could asked to the tower Guard but not done in my case ?

How Security supervisor can allow that person to go home/out side the Society if there is any suspect, And Owner is demanding to meet him when indecent happened ?

If He was going to market to get the stuff for some resident than why he didn't go back to the resident flat to deliver that stuff ?

If Guard was on leave than who allow him to come in the society and where is the visitor log book entry for him ?

Today it was jut a cycle case tomorrow it could be with bike/Car/or some other Material.

Please check that matter, I feel still there is a scope to improve the Security.
