To All Concerned

This is for your kind information that due to theft incidents, Estate
Management took some necessary steps, some suggested by Police Station
(SURAJPUR), which are as follows:-

1. Basement stair door locked.

2. Only one entry gate is open for each tower at ground floor.

3. Frequency of patrolling increased (Security Supervisor) in night shift.

4. Random visit arranged of PCR in campus.

5. Cutting and trimming of trees near boundary wall.

6. Open window in stair case is being covered at ground and first floor.



In spite of these steps, there is a major concern in campus that there
are so many unauthorized vehicles parked in society, which have no
parking sticker. As per recommendation of police officials (Surajpur
Thana), it is being decided that no vehicle will be entering the
campus without a valid sticker from 09/Feb/2015. And the vehicles
which are in campus without sticker, list of these vehicles shall be
provided to Police Station for their necessary action.



So residents are requested to please arrange their parking sticker
from estate management office ASAP.

Hi!
    Please to know this ...i want to ask you if anyone visits your house how will you get them in ...walking from gate....if they have luggage they will bring from gate...its not the way to resolve unauthorised vehicle entry......you must arrange tokens for all the vehicles which enters in the society along with details and when they leave they have to return that token to confirm that particular vehicle has come in and has left at xyz time and in 12 hours if any car entered in do not come out the supervisor is authorised to ask about that vehicle in the respective house it went.
