Dear sir
Please note that all the payments as suggested and requested by Harsh Bhati wheather to be paid to AOA or to Turquoise were immediately paid by Mr. Rajveer's son and receipts of the same are available for your perusal. There has been some misunderstanding on the part of Harsh Bhati who requested for a payment of 20450rs which was duly paid by chq no 000413 drawn on ICICI Bank instead of asking for a payment of 24450 which is now being said to be the payable which is creating a shortfall of around 4000rs.
For someone purchasing a penthouse and becoming a new member and shareholder of Plumeria family a short payment of 4000rs that too on the part of the mistake of harsh bhati cannot be the reason for taking away his right to vote and my right of nomination.
The payment whatever is shortfall can be informed in writing and will be immediately paid.
Please note that it is only now and today that we are being informed of this short payment whereas at the time of asking for and receipt of payments by harsh bhati we were told that all pending dues are being cleared and there are no pendencies whatsoever after paying the required payments.
For someone who has even paid dues post Oct 31st it's illogical why the same person won't pay dues prior to 31st Oct.
Pls acknowledge this mail resolve the issue and restore voting and nomination rights.
Im attaching the whole statement provided by Harsh Bhati, with all the proof of the payment.
Please resolve this and let him vote. All the fault was of Harsh Bhati. Mr. Rajveer should get a fair chance to vote.
