Complete Job description:
The SOC Support Specialist is a member of a team who proactively manages IT security on behalf of customers to reduce the impact of security incidents and system compromises. Candidate provides security monitoring, event analysis, and countermeasure proposals. This position requires shift work in a 24/7/365 environment.
Key Deliverables and Responsibilities
- Detect security issues, create customer tickets and manage problems until closure;
- Coordinate escalations and collaborate with internal technology teams to ensure timely resolution of issues;
- Ensure that Service Level Agreements are met;
- Perform system maintenance and maintain current documentation;
- Provide resolution plans for system and network issues;
- Report common and repeat problems (trend analysis) to Management and propose process and
Education: Graduation/ Diploma, BE/BTech (preferred)
