Must Have Skills:
· A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
· 7-10 years of experience in software development and design. (Java, Web services & Open systems)
· Demonstrated ability to make strong judgments and work effectively with all levels of clients, management and staff.
· Experience applying Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) to real-world solutions.
· Very Strong OO Skills.
· Strong knowledge of Web Services (SOAP and REST), WS-* standards, XML, JSON.
· Excellent knowledge of Java language.
· Experience with the Mule ESB.
· Experience with Agile Software Development Life Cycle methodology.
· Experience with Continuum, Maven.
· Experience with Linux and Scripting.
· Strong Experience with IBM middleware (Websphere, Message Broker, ESB).
· Experience designing systems for high-performance: high throughput, high-availability, low latency, etc.
· Excellent leadership, organization and communication skills.
Desired Skills:
· Experience with caching products like CouchDB, CouchBase and alternate database technologies like Hadoop, HBase, Cassandra, MongoDB etc. is a plus.
