Must Have Skills:
1. Must have experience in working with and implementation of packaged applications for Retail such as RMS, RA , ReSA , RDF and Planning.
2. Proven track record of highly seasoned, senior level resource who has led multiple projects and delivered business benefits. 10+ years experience in IT, with at least the last 3 years in enterprise, solution or application architecture-related roles specific to the Retail industry.
3. Experience working for a national retailer with multiple distribution centers
4. Ability to develop a strategic vision & roadmap within a business portfolio & architecture space
5. Solid understanding of overall retail functional verticals with emphasis on merchandising & planning applications
6. Experience in participating in and influencing vendor selection of packaged applications including contribution to RFPs
7. Ability to develop system concepts, logical architectures, solution options, pros and cons of options
8. Ability to execute basic financial analysis, such as ROI
9. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
10. Strong analytical, problem solving, and modeling skill
11. Ability to influence and lead by example
12. Undergraduate degree in information systems, computer science, or a related technical discipline
