1. Choose any company with multiple warehouses in India.

Identify the most important markets of the company

Develop a transportation model keeping in mind the recent demographic, sociological and political constraints and preferred routes.

2. Identify the mains goals of any company in the service industry. Prioritize them and identify the conflicting goals.

Submit the assignment in softcopy to me by 12.05.14. Any assignment submitted after 12th with have 10 marks deducted. However, no assignments will be entertained after 15th.
