PLEASE SHARE THIS WITH THE STUDENTS OF "PROJECT MANAGEMENT & ENTREPRENEURSHIP" COURSE

 

Since most of you had questions about the exam syllabus / scope, I would like to share the same.

 

Theory: Will be from the 2 slides I have shared and whatever discussed in class. Hence go through the slides.

From PM - Concept of project, All the life cycle processes, Risk management, Communication management, Stakeholder management

From Entrepreneurship - Concept of entrepreneur & Entrepreneurship, The planning process, the feasibility analysis, the funding options

 

 Calculations: Study the techniques mentioned in my slides. The formulae also mentioned. Study all the sums done in class

 

PM - Communication model, Risk analysis (decision tree / EMV),

Entrepreneurship - NPV, BCR, Payback, Costing, Break Even, Funding related (equity / debt )
