HCL’s Minimum expectation :
ü Total IT experience of 1 to 3 years with C Embedded Development.
ü Smart BE / B Tech/ MCA / M Tech candidates: 2007 and 2008 pass-outs in fulltime courses Only
ü Academic record of 60% throughout from Standard X onwards.
ü Excellent communication skills
ü Flexibility to relocate and positive attitude
ü To join us, you have to be free of any bonds – contractual agreement with your current employer.

Selection process
We will plan to complete the entire selection on Sunday 20 Jun 2010. This includes written Test, one Round of Tech interview and HR Discussion.

Once we receive your details after short listing we will send across the confirmation with venue details.

Note:
· We will be considering only candidates with total & relevant experience i.e. between 1-2 years (Not less or more than that) and the required academic record.
· Experience Prior to PG course would not be considered.
