Guidance! From whom we should be seeking guidance????

Dear Sir!
Today another day ended with heavy heart and full of disappointment. I had visited PAF KIET city campus to submit clearance form and transcript request as per directives of Mr. Tahir (Guidance representative) but after a lot of efforts and getting clearance from every dept got stuck at Accounts dept. who told me that around Rs. 8,500/- are still un paid on your part and upon listening this I was like "What??? how is it possible???" as Mr. Tahir said yesterday that get clearance at earliest as you people are already 03 months late. Let me clear this thing that at leat i personally contacted him more than 10 times through sms or calls just to take updated result as our result was not updated in system due to fee being un-paid by MBL.
Sir, Time is money and being a professional its GOLD / DIAMOND / PLATINUM for me ... i have to leave my office specially for taking my transcript and certificate but despite of passing more than 03 months we are still standing at the spot where we were just after final semester.
KIET is asking for funds against convocation charges and Guidance is also arranging convocation too so now where we students go and seek help from?
Kindly look into this matter on priority and resolve this issue at earliest enabling us to get our certificate and transcript which we could not obtain still being passed.

AOA all,
m.r...@guidanceinstitute.com in not correct address to correspond with as Mansoor is no more with Guidance. I believe we should correspond with Mr. P.Ahmed sab (CEO Pak Qatar) regarding this serious issue.
