Calling all Volunteers!

Hot Glass Cold Beer is back again
And We Need Some Awesome Help!

On May 9th we'll open our doors at 6pm

We'll need volunteers for

Set Up (3:30-6:30pm)
Washing glasses, Cleaning, Finalizing Gallery Show Details, VIP setup, food prep and door security.

Event Management (6:00-9:30pm):
Keeping an eye on food, shop cleanliness, general staff assistance, door staff, gallery observation, class promotion and alcohol distribution.

Tear Down (9:00-11:30):
Event clean up, shop re-establishment, general staff assistance.

You can help out at any of the preceding times*...

... and spend the rest of the evening enjoying
Hot Glass Cold Beer for FREE!**

*Please note that deviation from these times must be approved in advance by Public Glass Staff

** Due to increasing attendance at Hot Glass Cold Beer, we've been struggling to make enough glasses for our guests.  As a result, we can no longer allow glasses to be claimed by volunteers until the very end of the night, no matter how much we may appreciate your help (and that's a lot!!) We hope you understand.

Please email me at Opera...@Publicglass.org, and tell me which shift(s) you'd like to join us for.

Be sure to RSVP and invite your friends on Facebook!

Thanks so much for your help, we hope to see you there!

Sincerely,
Brynn Hurlstone at Public Glass
