Hi guys!

Trying barman here.

Running a production postgres database used for a webapp. Size is 30GBs. Growing at about 0.5GB / month.

'barman check my_database' shows WAL size growing at about 30GBs per day!
This can't be right. What am i doing wrong? No scripts running on that database, just web-app users input.

On a side note, I've recently restored this database from a pg_dump (size 3.1GB) so i was quite surprised to find out the physical size of my database is 30GB. No large indexes. Not too much dead rows/bloat. So I'm not sure sure why is there a 10x difference.

Could these two factors be related?

Thanks in advance!
