Hi Lazaro,
If Master ships logs to barman,
and the routing to the master is managed using DNS or Virtual IP,
when a switchover/failover happens, everything should be almost
automatic for barman too
(I assume you took care of the cluster management correctly).
No special configurations required.
We suggest you to perform a backup as soon as possible after a
switchover/failover.
Actually we are about to release barman 1.3.0, with the 1.3.1 release we
plan to add a backup from standby functionality.
