Hey everybody, I just got called into work.  Fifures.  I will try and be done in time for facilitation, but if I'm not I had three items I wanted to bring to facilitations attention:

1)  I wanted to re-arrange the proposed order of the day to *ask* if everyone knows hand signals and then, if someone does not, explain them then - so we can promote a culture of group feedback during the announcement portion of the GA

2)  The break out groups - I think we should follow LA's model and have one person from each group take notes and then report back to the GA as a whole.  The comment was made that the break-out fels like a waste of time if we dont get immediate feedback.  LA also encourages people to allow everyone in the session to speak.

3)  Time limits - we have been loose on keeping time and this came to roost last week.  How does 2 minutes for teh GA, 10 minutes for open mic sound?  Also, I think that the time keeper can call time, and if no-one else gives the 'time' signal because everyone is enthralled in what is being discussed, then the person can be allowed to speak - i.e. the group allowing the person to go over.

I really will try and be done by 2:30 but all I know right now is 'some radios are broken'...

Thanks
