pg_rman 1.2.5 is released

Hi,

I released pg_rman 1.2.5.

This supports for PostgreSQL 9.2, and fix sum bugs.

It include below changes:

  - Supporting PostgreSQL 9.2
  - Fix a bug about --recovery-target-time
  - Fix SPEC files for using normal user(Reported by Nagayasu-san)
  - Fix a compiling bug on no LZLib environment
  - Add restriction about Incremental backup
