Noisy calls to execute

Is there a quiet flag somewhere that I don't know about? 

cursor.execute spews all over stdout, and I'd like to ask it nicely to stop.

Hi Jake,

I don't see anything in a quick search for "print" or "stdout" in the current code base. Where's it coming from? What's the output?

Certainly this would be a bug; there's no justification for a library having stdout output that can't be controlled. I just don't see it in a review of the code...
