Please find attached herewith the notice inviting application pertaining to Graduate Engineer Trainee and Post Graduate Engineer Trainees for Campus 2012
Like last year , this year also for the campus recruitment process, we had tied up with M/s Merit Trac Services Private Limited for administration of online written test at 17 NITs and 32 other prestigious colleges in India.
The date of written test is scheduled as 8th October, 2011 Sunday.
Merit Trac representatives would get in touch with you for making necessary arrangements for the online testing process.
More over representatives of Merit Trac would be physically available at your campus a day before for the test for a dry run and other technical preparations.
You are requested to kindly extend your support to Merittrac representatives for smooth conduct on the online testing process.
Also, please find attached herewith the Employment Application form which needs to be filled in and signed by the students taking the online test. The same needs to be handed over to Merit trac representatives on the date of written test. The Employment Application form must be duly filled in by students , with a latest colour photograph attached ( on the right hand corner ) and the same shall be duly signed and stamped by the Head – T&P.
Also, please find herewith the data sheet pertaining to eligible students which needs to be sent to us in advance with all the data of participating students, so as to ascertain the exact count of students taking the test from your institution. Request you to kindly send the data of eligible students on priority, please.
On completion of the online written test, the results i.e., the details of the shortlisted candidates for interview will be announced within 3 working days hours and the same will be communicated to all the participating colleges.
Interviews for the shortlisted candidates will be held within a week from the date of online written test at all major metro locations which will be communicated in due course of time.
