Dear Sir/ Madam,

You are requested  to convey the following message to the students who have been given offers by Sharda University and are joining in the month of June 2012.

1. The students should prepare presentation for about 15 minutes on their M.Tech Project. The Presentation should contain the following:

              Overview of the project

               Applicability of the project in realtime situation

               List of industries which would be potential users of this project

               Research Scope in future

2. The prepared presentation has to be given before a selected group of Senior Professors of Sharda University during their training period.

The students have to be informed that this exercise is mandatory and the presentation has to be on the lines as suggested above.  In case they have any queries they can directly contact us on the Mobiles given in their offer letters.
