First of all, I would like to say a BIG thank you to Kuraishi-san for leading the December NL issue and building a great foundation for the team. :) 

I will try my best to keep the ball rolling for the January issue, so yoroshiku onegaishimas!

Please read through the meeting minutes from yesterday (Dec. 22) and make special note of the timeline.

It's very clear and understandable:D

As to the date of next meeting, are we gonna have it on Jan 6th?

I'm fine with it, I'll write on some comments on facebook group.

And I'm watching the results of the survey, the deadline is Jan 5th so I'll share the summary of survey with you right after the deadline!

Some PHs said that 

It will be better to have more pictures, it was a little bit long to read relaxed.

And most PHs took the survey said that next pwitter topic should be "What is your 2012 goal?"

Hi team,

Thanks for keeping track of the survey, Kuraishi-san! Yes, I think having the meeting on Jan. 6th is better so that we can talk about the complete survey results. I will write on the Facebook wall to decide on the time.

As of main article topics, I was thinking about asking PHs to describe their family's "ozouni" and maybe give recipes. The objective is to learn more about each PH's origin by describing the type of ozouni they eat for new years, which differs from region to region (and often reflects family tradition and history).

So sorry for my late response....

As I write on FB, I'm agree with rescheduling of MTG on the 6th.

And Sae-chan's Osechi idea sounds good!!!

I love to know it.( cuz I love to EAT)

I have one idea, pls think about it.

I think we may make 2NL a month if the company article will have the same volume as the last one. 

It means we separate company article from our article.

PHs will be feel easy to read. And It's easily to find info which is SO IMPORTANT for them.  

Our mentors will be read only our article. So they take less time to read.

The mentors and PHs both may be happy , I think.

I know there is a possibility that some PHs  read only company article,

however, they may read our article. They are so kind.

What do you think about this topic?

Pls tell me your opinion.

And, Kotone-san, 

how do you think of this? 

I'm afraid that this idea can't be admitted by the company.

Anyway, I wish all your happy 年越し！

Attached are the complete draft of our January newsletter, both in pdf and Powerpoint.

You will find that Arial font is used as Frutiger 45 Lt was only available with fee. 

If Frutiger typeface is preferred, would you please make changes accordingly?
