Draft of February Newsletter

Hi Team! :D

I'm now editing February's newsletter, thank you very much for sending each issue really quickly!!

We've not received company's article from Kotone-san so maybe I'll have to revise a lot,

but please take a look at the draft and give me your opinion:)

I uploaded the draft in firestorage (I'll try to minimize the size) .

・I'm worried about the length, this month's NL will be 6 pages.
　As Sae-chan mentioned to me, Self-Intro topic will be a little longer than other 2 articles.

　If company's article includes a lot of information, it may be 7... OMG:(

How do you think about it?

Hisashi-kun, thank you very very much for your kind advice and powerpoint with comments!

Along with it, I revised the NL and made Self Intro Topic a little shorter.

I'll look for the pop-arts to make the NL more enjoyable:)

Sae-chan, I made the issue shorter, so please check it if possible.

I wonder when we can receive company's article...lol

Thanks for your work, Sachiko. Here are a few things that came across my mind. 

Once pictures are in there, Im sure it will look better. But I do agree self-intro is taking up quite a lot of space.

1. Movie Review

I think the title should come first, and reviewer second. For example...

Inside Job (2010)

by Shintaro Yanase (CBD PH)

This way, it will be less wordy.

2. Self Intro

Looks very wordy. 

When listing interview questions, I suggest the following...

1. Name & location of your high school

2. Something special about your school

3. Club and activities

4. ...

I will comment directly on the ppt file and send it to you. 

As for ppl's article, you can make changes at your discretion. But you might have to shorten them if we want things within 6 pages.

Hello team!

Thank you Sacchan for doing such a great job putting the newsletter together!!

I'm so sorry for the lengthy article...thank you so so much for shortening it for me. If you think we should shorten it even more, I can certainly do so. 

Some feedback from me:

1. If we are trying to save space, I think we can delete the article title and interview questions from page 5.

2. I think we can delete the 2nd photo of Kojima san (the one taken in Okinawa). She told me that the other one of her and the drama club is her fav so we can go with that one. :)

3. We can crop Moroishi-san's photo on pg. 5 to save space (and maybe not show her pajama?) lol.

4. Is someone working on the survey this month? If not, we might need to work on that. Also, I think we talked about attaching the survey URL at the end of the newsletter to encourage people to take it. I think that was a good idea so we should do that. :)
