Sae-chan, thank you so much for sharing the meeting minutes!!
It was so easy to read that I could understand what you discussed during the meeting.

As to my role in January newsletter, I think it's good idea that we ask NHs about housing information and so on:D

I'll wait for Kotone-san's reply and 
if she says OK, I'll talk with Kotone-san who to interview.
if she says no, I'll ask other PHs to answer the pwitter question "What is your new year's resolution?"

Does this work for you all?:)

I'm very sorry for not attending the meeting, but I could talk with Mitsu and Ubu-chan, they are now working as P&Gers! 
How cool it is XD

I'm looking forward to creating new articles this month and talking with you soon!

Hello Kotone-san and Team,

First, thank you Kotone-san for following up with us about the NL length. We have decided to make the January issue 4~5 pages, so I believe keeping the HR and PH articles in one NL will not be a problem this time! :)

I am attaching the meeting minutes from today's meeting. Thank you Saka-san and Suzuki-san for the productive meeting!
Please let me know if you have any questions or concerns after viewing the minutes.
We are now all set to start writing the January issue and I already know it's going to be great!

Queries:
1) Ohara-san: Since the ozouni article will not be much work and I can probably take care of it, would you be willing to be the designer this month instead? 

2) Kotone-san: 
  1. Can we ask Imaizumi-san and Fujii-san to introduce each other in the "Peer Introduction" article? 
  2. Do the Salon Professional PH also receive the NL? If so, we would like to ask them to introduce each other for the peer intro article.
  3. Can we ask 10-15 NH (or other PG employees) to write "pweets" about house-hunting tips and good restaurants/hangout spots in Kobe?  
→The objective of requesting non-PH members is to strengthen bonds between them and PH, not only between PH. However, if you prefer us to keep it exclusive to PG PH, we have a Plan B list so please let me know. :)

Next Steps:
1) Please double-check your responsibilities for this issue.
2) Please take the necessary steps to complete and send your article with photos to the designer (TBD) by January 19, 2012 10:00AM.

Thank you for your timely response, Kotone-san! I am sorry for rushing you.. 

1. Regarding the Peer Introduction, the idea of asking Fujii-san and Imaizumi-san to interview each other was a request that we received  in response to the question, "Whose introduction do you want to see in the next issue?" in the survey. We thought it was a good idea because many PH seemed to be interested in knowing more about the two, since they worked closely through the Ambassador Program. However, I agree that we should keep the Peer Introduction article to peers (PH) only. 
→ For this month, we will go with our Plan B, which is to interview 夏採用PH.

Saka-san: As we discussed, please arrange 3~4 夏採用 PH Peer Introductions. Let me know if you need any help getting in touch with them!

2. Thank you for the information regarding the Salon Professionals. 

3. Thank you for your support in incorporating the NH in our pwitter article. I also think the topic "Advice from NH on how to spend last 2 months before Day 1" is highly relevant and suitable for this month's issue! Thank you also for offering to contact the NH for us.

Kuraishi-san: Please kindly prepare a request email explaining what "pwitter" is and what we would like to ask them to do (i.e. send a <140-character pweet on this topic and their photo, if possible), and send it to Kotone-san for distribution to 8~10 NH.

Could you pls let me know the intent behind this?  I’m not sure why they are included in the “Peer Introduction” article.  Rather it seems it’s appropriate to include their introductions (IF needed) in ambassador related articles.   Please kindly clarify this.

No, they don’t receive this NL, as some information is relevant to them (housing info, ambassador info, GCS info etx…).  I find it so much attractive to engage them, but going  back to the content principle, I guess it is difficult to include them in the distribution as there might be some confusion by sharing some irrelevant information with SP pre-hires.

No problem!  Personally I am happy to be in touch with PH as one of the NH.  As of the topic, can I put it as “Advice from NH- how to spend 2 months till Day 1”.  The house-hunting and restaurants related information were provided in a leaflet format around 内定式timing I think, so I thought it would be better to have broader question.  Pls let me know your opinion, and then I can ask new-hires to send me the pwitters by next Wednesday.

Hey Sacchan!

Thank you so much for being flexible with the plan change!

I think your request email is perfectly fine! The only suggestion I would make is to say:

"This month, we would like to ask you to contribute to the topic, "Advice from NHs on how to spend last 2 months before Day 1""
(instead of "cooperate creating the topic"). 

But that's a minor change and it's okay either way!

Please go ahead and send it to Kotone-san and give her a big THANK YOU from all of us! :)
