We had a meeting on December 19th,
checked the draft of Newsletter Sae made and discussed how to improve.

Our questions to Kotone-san
1. In the article other Pre-Hires cooperated, we found some English grammar mistakes.
　Should we make them correct or leave them as they are?
2. The length of Dec Newsletter will be 8 pages or less. Please let us know if it's too long...
3. Would you send us the Clip-Art HR used for newsletters (P&G product photo,or the one of a man shaving etc...)?

　 If not, we'll make some blanks in NL so please put some Clip-Arts there.
4. About the survey, Kotone-san said that we would put URL of survey on Newsletter,
　but we think more PHs will answer the survey if we can send it by e-mail.
　Is it possible to send the URL to all PHs?

5. About next meeting, what agendas should we prepare or will Kotone-san be in charge of next meeting?
