Installing pfstools on cygwin

I am trying to install ver 1.8.1 on cygwin. I have never used cygwin
or unix, so the problem might be trivial but hard for me and I will
appreciate any help.

./configure completes successfully.
make install gives many errors saying ....undefined reference to
_glut***

While installing cygwin I selected all opengl related libraries under
graphics, so I am not sure why these errors are appearing.

I removed cygwin and then installed the complete cygwin including all
available packages. Then tried to install pfstools. Again ./configure
works fine but make gives errors with ImageMagick.

One error is that __int64 does not name a type in image.h (and several
other header files).
Other error messages say that MagicSizeType (and several other
variables) do not name a type in those header files.

I would appreciate your help in solving this problem.
