Objective: Create a platform for all stakeholders of this project to interact with each other and create win-win situation for every one.

We have created this group pfr_blr (prestige ferns residency_bangalore) since your privacy and anonymity should be respected and you should be able to decide what you want to read and what you want ignore, not some moderator.

How do we do this?

We use roles. Each member will identify him/herself as one of these. This is completely voluntary, if you don't want to be identified then you remain as alien. For all other roles any proof that proves it, is enough.

alien - members who have not identified themselves.
booked - members who have booked apartment.
vendor - a vendor offering services such as, banking, electrical work, carpentry etc...
developer - a member belongs to prestige
registered - for future
living - for future
rented - for future

When some one posts, based on posters role you can decide if you want to take it seriously or ignore, choice is yours not moderators.
