| We're working to continue to be a source of helpful information during these tough times. In this email, we share an update to our previous blog post on unemployment compensation, a PASA webinar for farmers and farmers markets, as well as other helpful links and resources.
We are also extending our 20% discount on all flat rate legal services booked through April 3, 2020 in order to help make access to legal help and resources more accessible.
Please feel free to reach out and we wish you all the best of luck during this shutdown. Stay safe and healthy!
Sincerely,
Trellis Legal LLC |

We've updated our COVID19 unemployment compensation blog with information on how to file if you were laid off by more than one employer, what to do if you have a second part-time job that you're still working, and waivers and suspensions of certain requirements for those receiving benefits. Also thanks to Rep. Sara Innamorato for helping us get some of this important info! Check it out: Here. |

- The PA Supreme Court halts all eviction proceedings for non-payment of rent or mortgages. **It is important to note however, that if a tenant goes into default during this time, the landlord will likely be able to evict as soon as the halt is over. Trellis Legal highly recommends that tenants talk to their landlords to work on a reduced payment or waiver of payment for a short period of time rather than going into default and risking later eviction.***

There are lots of other great resources out there. Feel free to reach out to us, your local state rep, community organization, professional association, and other community resources and industry leaders to get more information. Stay strong all. |
