"Heat and eat" allows states to increase the food budget of people in or near poverty who have high home heating and cooling costs. This change would cut food stamps for 1 in 5 American households and more than half of Pennsylvania families. All are welcome at this month’s Power of the Pen to learn more and to submit your official comment to the federal registry opposing this proposed rule change.
