Fatemeh,

I am unsure if I replied to this email. I would mimic what is done with DBASE

The specific surface area can be entered as a database (DBASE value). Then, from the command line, you submit "-realization_id 5" to run with the parameters from realization 5 in the database.

Hi Glenn,

I’m planning to run 100 simulations for a sensitivity analysis by varying the specific surface area (SSA). I'm using Ubuntu to run PFLOTRAN. Could you please guide me on how to automate this process using a script?

Regards,
Fatemeh
