installation issue with PFlotran

Hi devel Team,

I'm trying to install Pflotran on a cluster under linux but I'm unsuccessful until now.

The (first) error seems related to a change of attributes of USE-associated symbol :

"...

preconditioner_cpr.F90:46:56:

   46 |     subroutine PCShellSetContext (P_in, ctx_in, ierr_in)
      |                                                        1
Error: Cannot change attributes of USE-associated symbol pcshellsetcontext at (1)

..."

I have no idea how I could fix this. So I am listening to any advice if you have an idea.

I have attached the output of my make command:

$ make pflotran 1> pflotran_make.log 2> pflotran_make.err

I noticed that many issues could be due to a problem with the Petsc installation, so

I have also attached the petsc_configure.log file just in case.
