Hi,

We have the pflotran ERROR: Keyword "UPDATE_PERMEABLITY" not recognized in CHEMISTRY :

CHEMISTERY
  UPDATE_PERMEABLITY  
END

although https://documentation.pflotran.org/user_guide/cards/subsurface/chemistry_card.html#chemistry-card

For information, we apply SUBSURFACE_FLOW/MODE RICHARDS in saturated mode with:

CHARACTERISTIC_CURVES saturated   
  DEFAULT  ! Sets up dummy saturation and permeability functions for saturated single phase flow.
END

 Here is our pflotran version:

$ pflotran -version

UPDATE_PERMEABILITY is available and supported. I believe that this is a matter of misspelling. Your version is missing the first "i". 

UPDATE_PERMEABLITY -> UPDATE_PERMEABILITY
