Susan,
PFLOTRAN does not store the rates for microbial reactions (or to my recollection other reactions other than mineral precipitation-dissolution reactions). A workaround would be hack the code and print the rates to the screen, capturing screen output in a file and then parsing the file for the values. A little bit of work, but possible.
The rates are calculated at:
but you lack the cell id info.
If you call in during office hours, we could attempt to hack the code during that meeting.
