Combine Residual and Jacobian subroutines

Hi all devs,

I found RichardsFluxDerivative() has the same capability to compute the
flux with RichardsFlux(). So is it possible to combine Residual and
Jacobian processes with only computing Jacobian subroutines to overcome
repeated computing flux?
