All,

A bug has been fixed in the output of mineral saturation index. Up to this point in time, saturation indices were printed for all minerals by default. We have changed this and saturation indices will no longer be printed by default. You must now add MINERAL_SATURATION_INDEX to the OUTPUT block within the CHEMISTRY block to produce the output. A description of this card has been added to the wiki.

Hi Glenn,

I have a question about the "Notes" in this wiki page.
https://bitbucket.org/pflotran/pflotran-dev/wiki/Documentation/QuickGuide/Chemistry/Output

Since "MINERAL_SATURATION_INDEX" print SI for all minerals, how to
simply list the name of each mineral individually?

Runjian,

I revised the definition. MINERAL_SATURATION_INDEX is only printed for those minerals listed in the CHEMISTRY->OUTPUT block. However, if one declares 'ALL' in that block, saturation indices will be printed for all equilibrium and kinetic minerals.
