Issue with CPR preconditioner with upgrade to PETSc

When you have a moment, could you please investigate the error reported in the attached testlog that occurs after refactoring for PETSc 3.23+?

 

You will need to build the “main” branch of PETSc (should be able to use the same configuration settings that you use for 3.21) and branch glenn/prepare-for-323b.  Use main instead of v3.23.x as the PETSc devs have fixed some issues in the Fortran interface.
