Dear PFLOTRAN Development Team,
I recently encountered the following error when trying to save data with a small PERIODIC_OBSERVATION TIME:
I reviewed the PFLOTRAN source code and discovered the existence of a command-line option -fix_duplicate_waypoints that appears to resolve this error. However, I was unable to find any documentation referencing this option.
Could you please clarify the intended use of -fix_duplicate_waypoints and why it is not enabled by default? I do not see the purpose of this error
Thank you for your support!
Pau
Pau,
Did the error message below not print the portion of the message that asks the user to contact pflotran-dev?
The reason that we do not fix duplicate waypoints is that we want to eliminate duplicates as they are added to the list, not after.
