Is there some reason why IRREVERSIBLE is not supported?
pflotran card:: CHEMISTRY
ERROR: IRREVERSIBLE mineral precipitation/dissolution no longer supported. The code is commented out.
Stopping!
A better name might be DISSOLUTION_ONLY since “IRREVERSIBLE” doesn’t convey in which direction the reaction is allowed to proceed.

AFFINITY_THRESHOLD will do the same thing, although it is not as clean since one doesn’t know how big to make the threshold—infinity. If we go with this then manual needs to be updated.
