Hello All,
Attached is the Map, Program schedule, and rules for the Hopkins Spring Fair.
I am sending this to everyone who has expressed interest in helping sit at the table.
These are three long days. I am grateful for those who help. My thinking is this will be a good outreach
vehicle for all PFLAGs and all LGBT Youth Groups. We will be promoting the work we do and familiarizing
those who don't know us with what we do. You can help.
We still have some time slots available for you if you can spare a few hours.
Please contact me if you can be available on Friday April 15th, Saturday April 16th, or Sunday April 17th.
My personal goal will be there to set up and take down our table and canopy. We will also provide chairs.
If anyone can be available to set up on Friday Please step up. June has injured her leg and will not be able
to do this kind of lifting.
Please contact me if you can help with this effort. If you already have volunteered, please tell me which day and at what time you will be available. I need to set up a schedule.
I will sign the document and return in to the appropriate people. It is attached for your information.

Hello,
I'm Mary Berman from Johns Hopkins Spring Fair, and I wanted to thank you for participating in Fair this year. Attached you'll find this year's brief contract, along with a map, an itinerary, and a hotel list. Please read and sign the contract and email it
to me at
mber...@jhu.edu, or Cornelius Queen at
cqu...@jhu.edu.
Also, I'd like you to note a recent change in our selling policy for this year. Non-profit organizations are now permitted to sell items at Fair in order to raise money for their cause. They may NOT sell items to make a profit for their organization. For-profit
organizations, if they wish to sell items, may only sell items AT COST, not to make a profit for their organization. We apologize for any inconvenience or confusion this might cause. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to email me. Thank you very
much and we'll see you on the fifteenth!
Yours,
Mary Berman
