Fwd: DOCU-SERIES CASTING SAME-SEX COUPLES LOOKING TO BECOME PARENTS

Hello!

I work for DiGa Productions in NYC, and we're currently casting a documentary-style series about same-sex couples becoming parents for the first time.  We're very excited about telling the stories of real-people going through the processes of adoption, surrogacy, etc.  The series will appear on a major network and be shot by award-winning filmmaker Matt Makar (he co-directed "Nursery University"). It will follow couples going through the ups-and-downs of the journey to parenthood.

We're looking for couples along the east coast, and we would love the help of your PFLAG Chapter.  PFLAG is such an AMAZING resource for LGBT community and their loved ones. The people at DiGa and the network are very passionate about telling real stories in a universal way to raise awareness about the community and how much is gone through to become parents. 

I'm attaching the official casting notice to this email.  I would really appreciate it if you could post it on your website and/or send it out in an email or newsletter.  We really want to make sure we get the best stories out there!
