Requirement # 1

 

Role: Business Analyst

Location: Orlando, FL and Los Angeles, CA

# of Positins: 2

 

US Citizens are prererred

 

• With strong BA experience
• Worked with multiple stakeholder to understand business needs
• Strong communication skills
• Experience writing user stories
• Able to work with development teams
• A plus:  Experience in testing (QA, UAT), experience handling/manipulating large amount of data or have dataware house experience

Requirement # 2

 

Role: DataPower Architect

Location: Atlanta, GA

Duration: Long Term

 

The client is looking for a middleware architect with 10+ yrs of experience. 

 

Required Skills: DataPower, IIB and WTX

 

Requirement # 3

 

Role: Enterprise Artchitect

Location: Baton Rouge, LA

Duration: 6 Months Contract to Hire

# of Positions: 5

 

Health care experience is preferred

 

US Citizens are preferred

 

Requirements: 

 

• Provide strategic thinking, solutions and roadmaps while driving architectural recommendations.  

• Ensure architectural adherence through blueprint and design reviews.  

• Adopt and communicate new concepts, ideas, techniques, best practices and technology assistance.  

• Work with various vendors and product management areas to establish required architectural frameworks.  

• Develop and maintain Reference Architecture 

• Perform product evaluations, and Proof of Concepts. 

• Analyze existing solutions for cost, capability, operational, and consolidation potential.  

• Develop roadmaps for achieving these goals in concert with enterprise strategic plans. 

• Define, evangelize, prototype new architectural concepts and technologies. 

• Be able to provide architectural direction for multiple medium to large sized projects concurrently in various stages of their lifecycle or a large project full time. 

• Establish strong relationships with key business and technology stakeholders and create convergence by demonstrating credibility, empathy and expertise on business and technical issues. 

• Helping Business stakeholders define and validate use cases, requirements.  

• Work with key I.T stakeholders to ensure that requirements are accounted for in solution design, implementation, and quality assurance activities. 

• Develop and communicates solution architectures using standard architecture artifacts such as Solution Blueprint, Use Case Analysis, TCO Analysis, diagrams.  

• Ability to employ a broad range of architectural tactics in developing solutions. 

• Incorporation of financial analysis in developing solution including time value of money calculations 

 

Must   Have   Qualifications: ​

 

• 10+ years in enterprise architecture and information technology.  

• Minimum of 3 years experience in people, process and/or project management.  

• Minimum of 2 years HealthCare experience 

• Strong Architecture Background in leading complex enterprise wide initiatives 

• Bachelors and/or Masters 'degrees in Engineering or Computer Science or MIS or equivalent degree preferred
