Hi Aravind,

Find attached and follow the steps below:

1. Ask Venkatesh to talk to DEO along with you. Tell him that you will take the appointment. Ask him the convenient dates.

2. Take the appointment.

3. Prepare a file of documents for demonstrating the need. Also if possible get recommendation from close people of DEO

4. Finally demonstrate the need of the period "Lead with Values".
