1. Roadmap : You can fill your thoughts and send it to me. We will together revise and plan our activities this year. I have filled a sample.

2. Collaborate: This is used when you meet a person, it is important to track the visit and the information for other people or yourself can follow up for the next time. We can use this bank and useful for future tasks. I have filled a sample.

After each one of you send it, we can store it in a drive where every one can use it.
