Minutes of meeting on 27/07/14

Hi All,

I am adding more that we have discussed on last Sunday.

Attendies:- Suraj Kumar, Venkatesh, Sreekanth.K, Veera Sandeep.Y.
1)   Suraj has proposed about meetings among PFI board members on every 2nd Sunday in a month.
Suraj proposed to start conducting the activities ourselves instead of waiting for others to initiate.
Suraj proposed to take up the projects to develop the infrastructure2)   Venkatesh as took the initiative to give Personality Development,
>      Motivation classes and PFI bucket list etc., to the candidates(8th,9th,10th & Inter)
Venkatesh proposed do at least 5 activities per year.
3)   Sreekanth has proposed an innovative idea i:e including principal/ Head of the institution into PFI discussions so that         we can explore new ideas/thoughts from their perspective and also proposed about the communication gaps in PFI   Sandeep has discussed regarding breaking the communication blocks among PFI members and also proposed about the utilization of current technology as SMS alerts on PFI updates, frequent E-mails to the members.
> Sandeep to pursue Madapati Hanumantha Rao School requests.
