Growing Gardens is Hiring a Bilingual Spanish-English Elementary Programs Manager!

Growing Gardens is seeking a fully bilingual (Spanish-English), Youth Grow Elementary Programs Manager to help our team maintain high-quality programming for thousands of Portland Area students and support development of newer initiatives such as culturally specific programming in Spanish. This is a full time position. The person will work closely with the Program Director (myself), and the Youth Grow elementary staff. Due to the nature of some of the programs we run, the manager will need a high level of fluency in both languages, and be comfortable thinking, writing, facilitating meetings and workshops and more in Spanish and English. To best support our culturally specific program initiatives, the ideal candidate has a strong connection with Latine culture and/or BIPOC communities.
