In the afternoon, a more formal class.
-weeding tools and techniques: get the weeds out with less work and save your wrists;
-tips for planting tomatoes, squashes and leeks;
-harvesting your tender fresh veggies for best flavor and least work, with no stringy bits;
-edible flowers; and more late spring gardening tips.
This class will be outdoors, so please dress for the weather.
Cost: $20-45 sliding scale.
