In our endeavor to promote Employee Referral Program, we would like to invite your friends to our office. Refer the attached doc for all the

open positions.

You just need to do the following

·         You can ask your buddies to Walk-in to FCI office (Pune & Noida) on 15th Nov along with the profile and supporting documents

·         They should mention your name and employee ID while submitting the profile to the recruiter.

·         You can also share your buddies profile with the respective recruitment SPOC keeping FC.IN.Referyourbuddy ID in the loop by

indicating in the subject line - Candidate’s name, Skills, Job Title & your EMP ID.

·         The interview process will be completed on the same day.

Just to reiterate, we are currently running a Special Referral Bonus scheme where you will get special bonus of Rs. 10000/- if you refer the

candidate only for the mentioned skills till 30th Dec 2014 and they get selected and join Fujitsu. You will also be entitled to referral bonus as

per Employee referral Policy.

 

There is more! You will get additional Rs. 10000 /- if the referred candidate joins within 30 days from the date of offer.

Please note the special bonus and referral bonus will be payable as per the policy guidelines only.
