PFAC Support on Windows and other vendor graphics card

Hi All , 

Recently analyzed PFAC code on github link - https://github.com/pfac-lib/pfac . Please help to clarify following questions ,

1. Currently PFAC supports Linux , Fedora and Mac OS . Is Windows OS support enable in any future release version ?

2. And also PFAC runs on Nividia graphics card using CUDA , is there support available to run PFAC on other vendor graphics card ?
