Can't run a sample PF4J app I made using Koltin

Hello, I made a sample app to load plugins using PF4J in Kotlin, but it fails at compilation process.
Maybe it's me who is unable to understand how the demos work(i'm a new convert to java) but heres the error: https://hastebin.com/ecoxijohor.sql

Ok, fixed that, but having another issue...

Could not get unknown property 'pluginClass' for object of type org.gradle.api.java.archives.internal.DefaultManifest.

Can you tell me whats wrong?  I've updated the repo.
