That looks great.
Your BMI was just over the recommended range, but your body fat % was
way down. Is that because of muscle mass?

I don't really know. I assume it could be due to a number of reasons. I'm actually not 6'0", but closer to 6'1". So that too may actually mean that my BMI is slightly lower value. I would assume bone density would aslo cause greater body mass. All the doctors that have looked at xrays of mine have always said I have very dense bones. I don't have near as much muscle as I used to, but I would assume muscle to have more mass than body fat. When I was in college, I weighed 197lbs, and was pure muscle, so I would assume my BMI would be way over what it is now.

I should pay attention to one important trend, for sure. Two years ago, my body fat was 12%. So in two years, I've increased by 5% in body fat. Turning 40, I've noticed my metabolism has drastically slowed again, for about the third time in my life. It is increasingly tough to keep weight off. I'm thinking about throwing the results from two years ago and this year into a database and start keeping trends from each year I get checked out. They may be doing this on the mayo clinic site that Intel has us using, anyway. I'll take a look.

Love you guys,

-Chip
