I encountered a bug: I have only made friendlies for the moment, however at least once per game, during 3d matches, it happens that a player starts alone with the ball, goes at high speed alone until he enters directly with the ball in brings.
Has anyone else encountered this error? how can i solve?

Hola a todos y felices fiestas. Tengo un error y ni idea de cómo solucionarlo. Sistema operativo "win 10 home". Instalo FIFA manager 14 (Jack Sparrow) sin problemas, pero al momento de instalar la actualización, cuando ejecuto el editor me sale el mensaje de error "no se puede encontrar archivo dbghelp.dll" y se cierra. El juego directamente ni se abre. Sabe alguien que puede estar sucediendo? Cómo soluciono esto? He intentado reinstalar la librería dll de win y no hay caso, sigue dando error. Gracias de antemano.

2.1 Which FM should I install before?
You can use the FM13 as well as the FM14. Older versions are not supported!
2.2 Do I have to install FM22 / FM21 etc. before FM23?
No. The patches do not build on each other. They must be installed separately as desired.
For FM23 it is necessary to install the latest patch on a clean game version. (See 1.3 and 1.4).
2.3 In which order should I install the files?
1. main installation + 2D graphics (mandatory) + update 1 + update 2 +update 3 together. XXL portraits, 3D graphics and 3D stadiums are optional and must be installed at the same time if desired.

Graphic changes like designs, badges and player pictures can be integrated also during the running game, if this is not differently indicated with the download! You don't have to start a new game for this.
2.4 Which installation path do I have to specify?
The one you also chose when you installed FM13/FM14.
If you have installed FM13, the installer will automatically search for the correct path - for FM14 it may have to be corrected. (Usually this is: C:/Program Files(x86)/Origin Games/FIFA Manager xx or C:/Program Files(x86)/EA App/FIFA Manager xx).
Attention:
- If multiple FMs are installed, you must make sure that the correct directory is selected.
- If you install a file that is intended for another FM, you have to adjust the installation path.
- If it is a dataset, you also need to include the database in the game. If you don't know how to do this, please read 'How do I include a database in the game?
2.5 Do I have to completely load the FM via Origin / EA App every time I want to reinstall it?
No, there is a way around that.
First you should save the complete folders with the files externally. After that, uninstall the whole FM and then reload it via Origin / EA App. As soon as it has started to load the FM, you can stop the download immediately. Now you can move the old folders and files back into the directories. After that you should start Origin / EA App again and let the DL finish. This should be done very quickly, because Origin / EA App will notice that it hardly needs to download anything anymore.
Attention:
- If you uninstall the FM because something doesn't work properly anymore, you need the original files (because in the current ones probably lies the error somewhere). So it's no use to backup your files right before uninstalling and overwrite them later. The error could be taken over again.
- In contrast to this: If you uninstall the FM and want to have your current state again afterwards, you should backup the files directly before the uninstallation, because they contain e.g. your current database.
Note:
Not only files from the FM main directory have to be backed up, but also those from the "My Documents". There you can find e.g. your savegames or your manager profile.
2.6 Can I install FM13 and FM14 at the same time?
Theoretically this is possible, but it is not recommended. The mere fact that there are two versions of the FM on the computer can lead to unforeseen problems or even crashes.
2.7 Can I install the FM in different languages?
Yes. There are no restrictions regarding localization.
2.8 How can I keep my game saves and/or my manager profile, despite reinstallation?
First save the file for the manager profile, the "Managerprofiles.dat".
This is stored in the folder under the My Documents (C:\Users\Documents\FM\Config -> Managerprofiles.dat).
If you also want to save a savegame of FM23 you can find it under: (C:\Users\Documents\FM\Data\SaveGames)
Important: A score can only be transferred in connection with the matching manager profile!
After a new installation, the backed up files simply have to be inserted again in the same place.
2.9 How can I install FM13 or FM14 via Origin / EA App with the DVD?
We have a possible solution for this:
First start Origin / EA App, then cancel the download and minimize Origin / EA App. Then select the FM from the drive. You will see a folder with an "autostart" file in it. Execute this file. You should now see "Data is being copied from CD".
This error has nothing to do with Kosovo, but the editor simply stops after the last country in the database because the data could not be stored correctly. In most cases, this is caused by an overload of the RAM. To avoid the error, you can restart the PC and close all unnecessary programmes in the background via the task manager. This helps many users. Unfortunately, there is still no solution that works for all users.
