My Biz has gone referrals/Silverlake Only

Hi guys,
I've cut back to current clients & their referrals and only servicing
the Silverlake neighborhood. I get so many calls from Shadowcreek, etc
and I just can't keep up at this pace. Also, people being cheap and
haggling over my fees is making me nuts! Who wants all my crazy
haggling inquiries? Seriously!
Plus I have a client who is crazy as a ****house rat who'll be looking
for a new sitter, who lives here in Silverlake and owns a rare breed
(plus 3 others, I'm sure his neighbors love that). I will email his
info privately for those who might work for him, as he did threaten
police action over an unreturned key... over the weekend. Some people.
Anyway.
Pearland Pet Sitters only does Silverlake. And only the non-
threatening clients. :-)

Wendy,   I don't have a problem taking customers from Shadowcreek, but I absolutely refuse to take customers that haggle nor do I take problem customers.
